Delivery Policy

We understand that when you place an order, you want the products as quickly as possible and we will do our best for that! Since the products are sent from Volvo manufacturer warehouses, delivery usually takes 3-4 business days, but some parts can be on German back order which may take 5-7 business days or longer.

A delivery confirmation email, which includes carrier-specific tracking information, is usually sent within 24 hours of the product being shipped. For example, if you place an order on Monday evening and it is sent on Thursday morning, you will receive your tracking information either on Thursday evening or on Friday morning.

Most shipments are delivered via DHL couriers, but other courier companies may deliver too.

Explanation of delivery method

Working days are from Monday to Friday; Public holidays, Saturday and Sunday are not included in delivery days. Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. If you want a more accurate delivery time based on the exact product to be purchased, please write to us at [email protected]

Order tracking

Once the payment has been received, you will receive an invoice to your email. When the order has been sent, you will receive a confirmation email from the DHL courier or other courier company, which includes tracking number. This tracking number allows you to know the status and location of your order at any time. You will receive a text message or email notification on the day of delivery.


If you change your mind, act fast! We can turn around and process orders within 24/48 hours of purchase. Please send us a message with the word STOP to our email [email protected], and we will cancel the order. If the order was sent by courier, we cannot cancel it and you will need to return the order on your own expenses. How to do that is written in our "Return Policy".

International orders

We do not ship out of the UK. Our customers use services like www.aramex.com, or other to get their orders shipped out of UK.

Oversized products

Oversized products are currently only delivered via the DHL or other courier services. Delivery usually takes longer than usual.

Delivery prices for large car parts (e.g. hood, door, bumper, rims, etc.) are calculated individually. Send us the car part number and delivery address to [email protected], we will calculate the delivery price.

Delivery policy

Usually, courier delivers the packages to your door and requires a signature or takes a photo near your doorstep with the package insight. Both of these delivery confirmation methods are acknowledged by courier company and us as a legal proof of delivery.

Damaged goods

If the goods arrived in visibly damaged package, please do not accept it from the courier or if you accepted it please contact us immediately by e-mail [email protected]. Pictures of the damaged package and the parts on its side should be sent to us by email.

When the buyer has accepted and signed for the ordered product without comments in the courier's waybill, the shipment is considered delivered undamaged.

When the courier can't find anyone at home

If the courier can't find you at the address you specified, he will leave a leaflet with another delivery date and time or an address where you can pick up the goods yourself. Also courier can deliver it to your nearest neighbour which can sign the delivery confirmation, that is acknowledged by courier company and us as a legal proof of delivery. If the buyer does not accept the package and it is returned to us, the buyer pays the shipping costs.
